Remarks:
Low sugar instant dry yeast is accptable for making various low sugar-content bread and pastry, and especially for making Euro stable food-bread with sugarless or low sugar formulas.
High sugar instant dry yeast is acceptable for making various cookies and sweet pastry production with sugar content exceeding 8%.
